Russell Crisp, Chairman & Chief Executive of MCS (GB), is an entrepreneurial leader with boundless energy and a tremendous ability to motivate and inspire those around him.
Russell has worked with a number of businesses at all levels, in a vast range of industries, helping them to develop and grow. Russell's greatest strength is his vision of the future and he uses his tremendous insight to direct businesses strategically, but with a common sense approach. As a consequence, Russell is in great demand as a speaker both in the UK and internationally - we occasionally remind him that he can say "no" to these engagements!
Chris is a passionate and highly motivated manager who is constantly striving to take MCS to the next level. A firm believer in putting the customer first, Chris uses his organisational, managerial and customer focus skills effectively, ensuring that MCS clients are well looked after.
Chris draws on his experience working in IT for a large mobile communications firm, as well as his time working as a departmental manager for a regulatory authority in London to assist him in strategically marketing the MCS product portfolio.
Sam joined MCS as our Sales Manager in February 2008. Previously, Sam has enjoyed a successful career in commercial recruitment, working throughout the UK over the past 10 years.
Working at Director level in her last company, Mango Personnel in Exeter, Sam specialised in the temporary and permanent recruitment of Administrators, Secretaries and HR Personnel. Sam has been able to build excellent working relationships with her clients through her sound recruitment and business development and interpersonal skills.
Sam obviously brings with her a wealth of experience in the recruitment sector, but her knowledge of HR operations also enables her to understand and relate to client recruitment issues, and by harnessing the functionality of our HR Software solutions is able to provide each client with the right solution to their problem.
Bill has been in the business world for over 25 years. He trained in radio and then moved into the written word as a technical journalist. Moving on he became an account manager for a Public Relations firm, which included amongst other duties, audiovisual production.
He moved into management and ultimately became the Managing Director of the family firm as well as their chief salesman, taking the business from naught to three-quarters of a million pounds in three years.
When the business was sold he moved to the West Country where he worked for a Multi National. He built award-winning teams and helped double the turnover of the business. He has trained managers at all levels that have also gone on to build award-winning teams.
